Privacy policy
This policy explains how CyanDB handles information when you visit the website or use a CyanDB workspace.
Information you provide
To create and operate a workspace, CyanDB may process your name, email address, authentication data, workspace membership, domain names, alias names, destination inbox addresses, and verification or routing configuration. Do not add sensitive personal information to alias names or other configuration fields.
How information is used
Information is used to create accounts, authenticate users, display setup, send account verification or password recovery messages when enabled, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and maintain security.
Email content
CyanDB does not provide a mailbox or store forwarded message bodies or attachments. The current email-routing provider is a mock and does not deliver or forward real email. A live forwarding provider may process message content in transit if it is introduced.
Service providers and retention
CyanDB uses hosting, database, and transactional email providers to operate the service. Workspace and account information is retained to provide the service, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. CyanDB does not sell personal information.
